This new dining option enhances our guests’ experience by allowing them to enjoy a restaurant directly on site, while also welcoming Gérardmer residents and visitors looking for a restaurant to discover – or rediscover. O’Lac has its own unique identity and offers generous, welcoming cuisine in a pleasant setting just a few steps from Lake Gérardmer. Whether you are staying at Hôtel de la Paix or simply wish to enjoy lunch or dinner, the O’Lac team welcomes you for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. Guests staying at Hôtel de la Paix receive a 10% discount at the restaurant.
